Private 100K Retreat Revenue Mentorship

Terms and Conditions

Last updated: November 2, 2026 · Seller: Jake Sasseville Books and Maybe Media 2 LLC

These Terms & Conditions of Purchase (the "Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you," "your," or the "Participant") and Jake Sasseville Books and Maybe Media 2 LLC (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your purchase of and participation in The Private 100K Retreat Revenue Mentorship (the "Program"), a fixed-term coaching and done-with-you program led by Jake Sasseville, offered as a 6-Month path, a 12-Month path, or (by invitation) a Premium path, that begins on the day you enroll. By purchasing, enrolling in, or attending the Program — including by checking the box indicating you agree to these Terms at checkout — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by them. The Enrollment Agreement forms part of these Terms.

Please read carefully. Among other things, these Terms state that all sales are final and non-refundable and that we make no guarantee of income or results.

The Program

The Program begins on the day you enroll and continues for the term you purchase (your "Term"): six (6) months on the 6-Month path, or twelve (12) months on the 12-Month path and the Premium path (unless your written Premium proposal states otherwise). During your Term the Program is delivered through three components: (1) Slack — a private community and support channel with Jake Sasseville, Mia Alysse and our coaches; (2) the Resource Library — pre-recorded Learning Labs, Claude Skills, playbooks, the Office Hours Vault and recordings; and (3) Live Learning — a live virtual Weekend Mentorship on Zoom each month (Friday and Saturday, approximately eight (8) hours of live coaching per month, covering the Day Zero Offer, the Final Night Offer, marketing and sales, funnels, webinar and messaging), Office Hours on Wednesdays and co-working sessions on Fridays, which you may attend live or watch by recording.

Your enrollment also includes an Initial Deep Dive (one 90-minute private session, normally within ten (10) business days of enrollment); private 30-minute 1:1 calls with the coach of your choice (six (6) on the 6-Month path; twelve (12) on the 12-Month and Premium paths); and a 30&30 Accountability Pod (a small peer group with 90-minute sessions, normally starting within forty-five (45) days of enrollment; minimum four (4) sessions on the 6-Month path and ten (10) on the 12-Month and Premium paths). The 12-Month path paid in full includes one 60-minute SOS Call (before a retreat) or Post-Mortem / Strategy Session (after a retreat) with Jake Sasseville or Mia Alysse. The Premium path adds the services described in your written Premium proposal; third-party costs such as ad spend and venue fees are not included unless the proposal says so. Seats are limited and enrollment is offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

The Program is educational in nature. It provides frameworks, templates, coaching, live instruction, and hands-on building support. While the Company builds alongside you ("done-with-you"), the 6-Month and 12-Month paths do not include the done-for-you creation of your offers, funnels, checkout pages, or marketing; you remain responsible for your own implementation, execution, and results. The Program is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, tax, or business advice.

Eligibility & Enrollment

Each purchase entitles one (1) individual to participate. Access credentials, Program materials, and support are personal to the purchasing Participant and may not be shared, resold, transferred, or used by more than one person. If you wish to enroll additional people (including business partners or team members), a separate purchase is required for each.

You must be at least 18 years of age to enroll. By enrolling, you represent that the information you provide at checkout is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted.

Pricing & Payment

The Program is offered in three paths. The price applicable to your purchase is the price shown at checkout at the time you enroll.

PathInvestment
6-Month Mentorship. Six-month Term: Slack, Resource Library, Live Learning, Initial Deep Dive, six (6) 1:1 calls, 30&30 Accountability Pod (minimum 4 sessions).$8,500 paid in full,or 6 monthly payments of $1,600.
12-Month Mentorship. Twelve-month Term: everything above with twelve (12) 1:1 calls and a 30&30 Pod (minimum 10 sessions); paid in full adds one 60-minute SOS or Post-Mortem / Strategy Session.$14,000 paid in full,or 12 monthly payments of $1,300.
Premium Mentorship (by invitation). Everything in the 12-Month path plus the services in your written Premium proposal.$25,000 paid in full,or 3 monthly payments of $8,500.

All prices are stated in USD and are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which are your responsibility. Any bonuses, discounts, or signing incentives are valid only as expressly stated at the point of purchase.

Payment Plans

Where a payment plan is selected at checkout, you authorize the Company (and its payment processor) to automatically charge your payment method for each scheduled monthly installment for your path: 6-Month: six (6) monthly installments of $1,600; 12-Month: twelve (12) monthly installments of $1,300; Premium: three (3) monthly installments of $8,500. Installments end automatically after the final scheduled payment.

The first installment is charged at the time of purchase, and the remaining installments are charged on the schedule shown at checkout (approximately every 30 days thereafter). A payment plan is a commitment to pay for your full Term; it is not a month-to-month subscription that can be cancelled. Choosing a payment plan does not change your obligation to pay the full plan total, and payment plan totals exceed the pay-in-full price.

You are responsible for keeping a valid payment method on file. If a scheduled payment fails, we may retry the charge and/or contact you to update your details. If any installment remains unpaid for 7 days after its due date, we may suspend your access to the Program, recordings, materials, and support until the balance is brought current, and the entire remaining balance may become immediately due. Selecting a payment plan does not entitle you to partial participation or a prorated purchase — you remain obligated for the full plan total.

Extending after your Term. When your Term ends, you may choose to extend month to month at your locked-in monthly rate (the monthly plan rate for your path when you enrolled). Extension is never automatic and requires your written request and our confirmation. You may stop an extension with thirty (30) days’ written notice before the next billing date. Switching to a longer term does not entitle you to a lower rate than the one you locked in. Members who enrolled before November 6, 2026 keep their founding continuation rate of $1,200 per month under the agreement they signed.

No Refunds & Build Guarantee

All purchases of the Program are final. All sales are non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of whether you attend live, complete the Program, access the recordings, or use the support included with your enrollment. Because seats are limited and reserving your place removes it from availability to others, we do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges once a purchase is made.

Electing a payment plan does not create a right to cancel remaining installments; by enrolling you commit to the full price as described in the Payment Plans section above.

Our Offer Design Guarantee

The Program is a done-with-you build, not a course you watch. Here is our commitment to you.

If you do the work — attend your Initial Deep Dive and Weekend Mentorships (live or by watching the recordings), participate in your Learning Labs and Accountability Pod, complete the exercises, and build and launch your funnel and make your invitations following the guidance provided — and, at the end of your Term, your funnel is not producing leads and you are not having meaningful enrollment conversations, we will keep working with you at no additional cost: you may remain in the private Slack community and attend future Learning Labs and Weekend Mentorships. From there, your continued participation is reviewed on a monthly basis, at the Company's reasonable discretion, for as long as you remain actively engaged in the work.

To request this, notify us in writing at [email protected] within 14 days after the end of your Term.

This is a guarantee of continued support and access — it is a commitment of additional work and time, not a money-back guarantee. It does not entitle you to a refund (see the no-refund terms above), and it is not a promise of any specific income, revenue, number of leads, or business result (see the No Guarantees / Disclaimer section below). Continued access may be paused or ended if you stop actively participating, or for conduct reasons under the Participant Conduct section. The Enrollment Agreement also describes a Do the Work Guarantee petition based on 2x your Program investment (the total you actually paid).

Attendance

Each Weekend Mentorship runs over two days (Friday and Saturday). You may attend either day live or complete it by watching the recordings.

Recordings & Materials Access

Regardless of whether you attend the live sessions, you will receive access to the recordings of the Weekend Mentorships and the Learning Labs, along with the Program materials (including any templates, scripts, playbooks, Claude Skills, and course content included in the Program). This access is provided for your Term (and any extension), and is granted subject to the license in the License & Intellectual Property section below. After your Term ends, access to the recordings and materials may be discontinued unless you extend.

Support & Community

For your Term, beginning on the day you enroll, your enrollment includes:

  • A private Slack community, with Jake Sasseville, Mia Alysse, our coaches and other members, for Program-related questions, feedback, and support during the Term. Support in Slack is provided on business days during reasonable hours; response times are typically within 1–2 business days and are not guaranteed to be immediate.

  • The Resource Library: pre-recorded Learning Labs and Claude Skills, playbooks and recordings.

  • Live Learning: a live Weekend Mentorship each month, Office Hours on Wednesdays and co-working sessions on Fridays, held on the schedule communicated to you at enrollment. Live attendance is optional; recordings are provided.

  • Private support: your Initial Deep Dive, your 1:1 coaching calls and your 30&30 Accountability Pod, as described in The Program section above.

The community, Learning Labs, 1:1 calls and Office Hours access are personal to you and non-transferable. Unused sessions, calls, support time, or community access do not roll over, extend the Term, or convert to a refund or credit. The Term is not paused for Participant unavailability, except as expressly provided under Our Offer Design Guarantee above.

License & Intellectual Property

All content delivered through the Program — including live instruction, recordings, frameworks, templates, scripts, playbooks, slides, course content, and written materials (collectively, the “Program Materials”) — is the exclusive property of the Company and/or Jake Sasseville and is protected by intellectual property laws. Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Program Materials for your own individual business use.

You may not, without our prior written consent: record, screen-capture, copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, license, or share the Program Materials; grant others access to your credentials or the live sessions; or use the Program Materials to create, market, or deliver a competing training, course, or program. You may use the templates and scripts within your own retreats and offers, but you may not distribute or resell them as standalone products.

Participant Conduct

The Program is a professional, respectful environment. You agree not to disrupt sessions, harass or demean other Participants or staff, or use the Program, its community, or its participant list to solicit, pitch, or sell your own products or services without permission. We reserve the right to remove any Participant who violates this section or these Terms, or whose conduct we reasonably determine to be harmful to other Participants, without refund.

No Guarantees / Disclaimer

The Program provides education, frameworks, and coaching. We do not guarantee any specific income, revenue, enrollment, or business result. Any examples, case studies, testimonials, or figures shared in connection with the Program are illustrative and are not a promise or prediction of your results. Your outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your audience, offer, pricing, effort, market conditions, and execution. The Program is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company, Jake Sasseville, and their respective affiliates, officers, contractors, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits or revenues, arising out of or relating to the Program or these Terms. In all cases, our total aggregate liability to you arising out of or relating to the Program will not exceed the total amount you actually paid to us for the Program.

Chargebacks

If you believe a charge was made in error, you agree to contact us first at [email protected] so we can resolve it. Because the Program is non-refundable as described in §No Refunds & Do-The-Work Guarantee, you agree not to initiate a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal for a valid charge. Initiating a chargeback in breach of these Terms is itself a breach of this agreement, and we reserve the right to suspend your access, pursue the amount owed (including reasonable costs of collection), and provide our records of your agreement to these Terms and your use of the Program to the payment processor or card network.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Before starting any formal proceeding, you agree to first contact us at [email protected] and give us at least 14 days to resolve the matter informally and in good faith. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the state and federal courts located in the State of Hawaii will have exclusive jurisdiction, and you consent to venue there.

General Provisions

Entire agreement. These Terms, together with any order details shown at checkout and our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Program and supersede any prior representations. Marketing statements, sales pages, and promotional materials are not part of this agreement except as expressly incorporated here.

Changes. We may update these Terms from time to time; the version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase. Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. No waiver. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. Assignment. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a sale or reorganization of our business. Force majeure. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control; if a live session is disrupted by such an event, we may reschedule it or provide the recording in its place.
